The people behind True Path

Jamond DuBose founded True Path Management to give athletes the kind of guidance he wished he’d had during his own playing career. A former Division I football player who competed at three programs, earned starting roles at two, and was voted team captain. Jamond brings a competitive background and leadership experience into his role as Founder & CEO.

He is responsible for the overall vision, direction, and growth of True Path Management, overseeing business strategy, client representation, partnerships, and organizational development. DuBose also plays a direct role in expanding the company’s reach across professional and collegiate sports while maintaining a high standard for how clients are represented and supported.

His focus is on building True Path Management into a respected, relationship-driven firm with a strong reputation for professionalism, consistency, and results.

Taylor brings extensive experience working closely with professional athletes, building trusted relationships, and understanding the day-to-day needs that come with competing at the highest levels of sports. As a former Division I collegiate athlete, he combines firsthand playing experience with a strong understanding of athlete management, relationship development, and the business surrounding professional sports.

At True Path Management, Taylor helps oversee athlete management, client strategy, operations, and relationship development. His experience with professional athletes and ability to build genuine trust make him an important part of True Path’s leadership and continued growth.

Khalil Baker brings an accomplished playing career and a deep understanding of the athlete experience to True Path Management. He is the inaugural Aeneas Williams Award winner, a First-Team FCS All-American, an HBCU National Champion, MEAC Defensive Player of the Year, and Celebration Bowl Defensive MVP. Khalil understands firsthand the discipline, pressure, and expectations that come with competing at a high level.

At True Path Management, Khalil focuses on athlete relationships, mentorship, and development. His firsthand experience allows him to connect with athletes from a place of trust and understanding while helping them navigate their careers, personal growth, and opportunities beyond the game.
