Terms of Use

The terms that govern your use of this website, including how our content, photography, and third-party brand references may and may not be used.

Last updated September 2026  ·  Applies to truepathmgmt.org

1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

2. No representation relationship, and no advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to represent you, and nothing here creates a management, agency, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. A relationship with True Path Management begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

Submitting the contact form does not make you a client, and does not obligate either of us to anything.

This site is not professional advice. Content describing brand strategy, partnerships, financial positioning, NIL, or contract matters is general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

True Path does not negotiate professional playing contracts and does not hold itself out as a certified contract advisor for that purpose.

3. Our content

Everything on this site — text, layout, design, code, graphics, and the True Path Management name and logo — is owned by True Path Management or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view this site, and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, mirror, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission, and you may not remove any copyright or ownership notice.

4. Photography and athlete imagery

Photographs on this site are either owned by True Path Management, licensed to us, or used with the permission of the athlete, photographer, or rights holder. They may not be downloaded, reused, or redistributed.

Athlete names, images, and likenesses appear with the permission of the athletes concerned, and are used to describe genuine past and present working relationships. Nothing here transfers any right of publicity, and nothing here should be read as an athlete endorsing a third party.

If you believe content here infringes your rights

We take this seriously and will act quickly. Email info@truepathmgmt.org with:

We will investigate and remove or correct infringing content promptly. If you are an athlete, photographer, or family member and simply want an image taken down, you do not need to send a formal notice — just email us and we will remove it.

5. Third-party trademarks and brand names

Brand, company, team, league, and product names referenced on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Where we name a brand, we do so to accurately describe past engagements involving True Path or our athletes. That is a descriptive reference, not a claim of sponsorship. Unless we say otherwise in writing:

If you are a rights holder and object to how your name appears here, email info@truepathmgmt.org and we will amend or remove the reference.

6. What you send us

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you agree not to submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights. By submitting information you give us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to and evaluating your enquiry.

Do not send confidential or sensitive information through this site. Communications sent through the contact form are not confidential and are not privileged.

7. Testimonials and results

Testimonials on this site reflect the experience of the individuals who gave them. They are not a guarantee, and they do not predict any particular outcome. Outcomes described anywhere on this site are examples of past work, not a promise of future results.

8. Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking, and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Site availability

This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Path Management and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on anything on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify True Path Management against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this site or breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
